Fall's Fleeting Grasp
Longs Peak, Rocky Mountain National Park
f/10 | 1/6s | 35mm | ISO 800
Right before our first snowfall of the season, I hiked in Rocky Mountain National Park, hoping to find some final fall color. The aspen trees did their best attempt at holding on to their leaves as each passing breeze threatened to strip them of their color. Although a lot of trees had already lost their fall splendor, these few shone brightly as the sky exploded with morning light behind Longs peak.
